GOVERNANCE
Swimming Metro South East, along with its Clubs, have an obligation to protect and maintain the integrity of the sport for each and every one of our members. Our governing policies and procedures, including Swimming NSW and Swimming Australia’s policies which we have adopted, help us to ensure the highest standard of conduct and ethical behaviour across all levels and activities delivered within our organisation – both in and out of the pool. Refund Policy
Swimming Metro South East will provide a refund for entry fees in situations where:
- Illness or injury prevents an athlete from competing (Medical Certificate Required*) or
- A technical error has been proven to have occurred on Swim Central, resulting in a negative financial effect on the user.
Refund requests MUST be submitted within 24 hours of the meet closing time.
